MoGo FM operates in alignment with ISO 9001 Quality Management principles and ISO 27001 Information Security standards.

By accessing or using the MoGo FM mobile application, website, or services ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

MoGo FM provides:

• Downloadable mobile application (Class 9)
• Audio streaming and broadcasting services (Class 38)
• Entertainment, storytelling, and publishing services (Class 41)

• Users must be at least 13 years of age
• Users under 18 must have parental/guardian consent

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activities under your account
• Providing accurate information

MoGo FM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of policies.

• Certain content may require subscription or in-app purchase
• Payments are processed via authorized third-party payment processors including Google Play Billing
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are governed by Google Play policies

All content including audio, scripts, artwork, logos, UI elements, branding, and technology are the exclusive property of MoGo FM or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, downloading, recording, resale, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Users shall not:

• Upload illegal or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Interfere with platform security
• Violate applicable laws

MoGo FM shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Third-party service failures
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

MoGo FM reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Remove content
• Terminate services without notice in case of breach

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Courts of Assam, India.

MoGo FM may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
